Base is planning to bring a million developers and a billion users onchain. We need your help to make that happen.
We believe that the onchain platform is the most important builder platform since the internet (“online”). We believe that the onchain platform should be open source, free to use, and globally available. And we believe that in order to make it really work, we need all hands on deck, working together to scale in a secure, decentralized manner.
At Base, we live by our Stay Based values: we do the right thing, work hard, stay optimistic, prioritize the team, and push creative boundaries—all while building the future of onchain. We value a Zone 3+ work ethic, where our team rises to the challenge, embraces hard weeks, and makes small to significant personal tradeoffs when necessary to drive impact and innovation.
We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to lead the Onchain Developer Tools product strategy and execution. In this role you will help builders scale their apps and distribution, improve user on/offramps and first-time UX, and continue paving the way for billions of users to come onchain.

- Articulate and execute the product strategy for growing the Base ecosystem to billions of users
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and cross-functional stakeholders to discover and deliver solutions
- Own the quarterly desired outcome, product backlog, and week-to-week execution on a focused set of prioritized opportunities
- Define a metrics framework to guide our decision-making in a data-informed manner
- Report on progress, surface strategic blockers, and refine strategy with Base Leadership
- Work with ecosystem builders to uncover unmet needs and the most impactful product opportunities for growing the ecosystem
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- 5+ years of Product Management, with proven cross-functional experience (e.g., BD, Marketing, Finance, Legal)
- 3+ years of onchain experience, with a deep understanding of Ethereum and onchain communities
- An owner mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You understand that Product Management is all about derisking initiatives and delivering customer + business value
Nice to haves:
- Experience contributing to an onchain community or project
- Experience writing smart contracts
- You’re based
- Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services.
