The Account Manager, Locums will focus on reactivating and managing relationships with previously inactive client accounts by reintroducing our Locum Tenens staffing solutions. Through a combination of high-volume outreach, creative engagement techniques, and dedicated account management, the Account Manager drives business, ensures client satisfaction, and identifies growth opportunities. The role requires strategic relationship-building skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality staffing support to meet client needs proactively.

Responsibilities:  

  • Proactively cold call to re-engage stagnant client accounts through targeted outreach, reintroducing our full range of products and services to sell and maintain Locum Tenens services
  • Leverage both traditional and creative approaches to connect with new contacts within existing client accounts, expanding our presence and promoting our healthcare staffing solutions effectively
  • Consistently generate qualified client leads through a high volume of targeted calls and emails, contributing to a robust pipeline of potential business within existing accounts
  • Monitor and report on all engagement activities, client account statuses, and revenue generated, ensuring data-driven insights support strategic decision-making
  • Serve as the primary account manager for reactivated clients, providing dedicated support to ensure client satisfaction and proactively identifying growth opportunities
  • Actively monitor client needs, service usage, and feedback, maintaining high engagement levels and a commitment to exceptional service quality
  • Ensure the satisfaction of client facilities by proactively addressing their staffing needs with efficiency, responsiveness, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery
  • Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
  • Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with clients
  • Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience or top sales experience can be substituted)
  • Proven success in a metrics driven environment
  • At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position
  • Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
  • Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $36.05  hourly, which equates to $75,000 plus commission plan.
