Purpose of position:

We are looking for a motivated individual who will excel in developing new business and growth opportunities with small to medium sized brands in the Eastern Europe Regions. This is a great opportunity for a hard-working, confident, yet patient individual looking to step into the environment of affiliate marketing and for anyone seeking to gain valuable experience in a leading global digital marketing network.  
Reporting to the Regional Head of New Business, this role offers you the opportunity of joining a dynamic and experienced sales team. You must be able to implement a sales strategy and ensure the company meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of small to medium accounts. You will be responsible for developing new business primarily through cold calls/mailings, phone follow-up, presentations, RFPs and where appropriate, in-person meetings.

This position is maternity cover and will be a fixed-term 15-month contract.

Key Tasks:

  • Managing the full sales cycle for Eastern Europe opportunities, from lead generation to closing the deal
  • Develop & maintain a Eastern Europe prospect/sales pipeline, using salesforce as a CRM system for pipeline management
  • Building trust and credibility with your prospects by taking the time to understand their needs and providing thoughtful solutions by following a consultive selling approach
  • Negotiating and closing deals with new advertiser clients
  • Meeting allocated sales revenue and profitability targets in terms of quality and quantity
  • Managing the transition of new advertiser accounts through finance, technical and account teams for launch onto the Awin platform
  • Representing the company on trade shows and other industry events to generate new leads
  • Proactive involvement and participation in sales-related projects and initiatives in close cooperation with other internal stakeholders

Skills and expertise:

  • At least 3 years experience in B2B-Sales and/or performance marketing
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce sector in the Eastern Europe markets
  • Ideally, already have a diverse business network in the Eastern Europe
  • Competitive, target-oriented, tenacious and determined to succeed
  • Very good organizational, prioritization, negotiating and closing skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Polish and English language.
