Purpose of the position

This is a great opportunity to start your career in the Brazilian New Business Team. As a New Business Executive, you will be in charge of prospecting new clients and will be responsible for the entire sales trajectory for our Account Development Customers. The candidate will report to the Team Leader within the New Business Department in Brazil and join a team of 7 members.

Your Tasks

  • Prospecting new direct clients and advertising agencies; Look for new industries and markets development;
  • Develop & maintain a prospect/sales pipeline daily using Salesforce CRM system;
  • Adopt a consultative & mature approach, engaging with senior decision-makers; Talking to potential clients, providing product information, educating and giving advice regarding affiliate marketing;
  • Creating personalized business proposals and eventually negotiation with direct clients and advertising agencies; Forecast and Budget development;
  • Manage the transition of new merchant accounts through finance, technical and account teams for launch onto the network;
  • Follow up on results with post sales teams, such as advertisement management and publisher management teams;
  • Exchange information and ideas with global teams.

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Previous experience in performance media is a plus;
  • Evidence of successful sales experience & negotiation skills;
  • Good experience with MS Office tools, SalesForce experience is a bonus;
  • Team player with the ability to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • Results-orientation and drive to maximize both financial and career opportunities;
  • High degree of resilience, persuasiveness and proactivity;
  • Excellent English language skills.
