We're seeking a dynamic Procurement Business Partner to join our global team! This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact across our organization.
What will you do?
- Manage the global categories of Operations (Facility), HR, and Welfare
- Manage all insurance policies across the company, working closely with all stakeholders, insurance consultants and insurance brokers
- Drive innovation in procurement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize spend and processes
What you have:
- 3-5 years experience in procurement
- Specific experience in procurement of operations and insurance
- Proven track record in managing complex negotiations
- Proficiency in reading and understanding contracts, with the ability to identify various risks associated with specific engagements
- Amazing communication skills
- Low ego and empathy towards internal stakeholders and vendors
- An out-of-the-box thinker who can bring fresh perspectives to challenges
- "Can-do" attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate complex global environments
