We are looking for a strategic and operational leader to serve as the Regional Partner Field Operations Manager. This role will partner closely with the Partner Americas Leader to set the strategic direction for the team, identify coverage gaps for industry and function-based partners, and define recruitment strategies to address these gaps. Additionally, the individual will work with extended teams to equip them with the tools and resources necessary to manage their daily business effectively.
The role also encompasses overseeing partner origination pipeline management, forensic and predictive analytics, and collaboration with Partner and Field Marketing teams to evaluate and enhance joint demand generation campaigns.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with the Partner Americas Leader to set the strategic direction and vision for the team.
- Manage the partner origination pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, progression, and improvement of win rates.
- Identify coverage gaps across industry and functional partner segments and develop recruitment strategies to address them.
- Conduct forensic analytics to assess pipeline health, win/loss trends, and deal dynamics to drive actionable improvements.
- Partner with marketing teams to create, execute, and evaluate joint demand generation campaigns, ensuring measurable impact and ROI.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to evaluate partner contributions to business growth.
- Establish standardized reporting frameworks for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive updates.
- Work with extended teams to ensure they have the necessary toolkits, playbooks, and resources to manage daily business effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategies and priorities.
- Act as a key liaison across partners, marketing, field teams, and leadership to drive seamless collaboration and execution.
Your Qualifications
- 5-years of experience in strategy and operations supporting the Partner organization at a SaaS company
- Ability to execute quickly with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven success uncovering key insights through partner research and leveraging those insights to be actionable
- Management of Anaplan highly preferred
- Proven effectiveness communicating with senior business leaders
- Experience using collaboration and/or journey mapping tools (i.e., Lucid Chart)
- Six Sigma Blackbelt or strong program management experience preferred
- Proven track record of influencing senior leaders to make decisions based on partner feedback
