- Operate as a Sales Development leader towards our strategic objectives and performance achievement for the SDRs.
- Be a good Coach/Mentor to the SDRs especially on pipeline generating best practices.
- Monitor lead processes, metrics, and accelerate pipeline creation.
- Report operational and financial KPIs to leadership both with Sales Development and Field Sales leaders.
- Motivate, incentivise, and recognise team members to encourage top performance.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new SDR team members to support global expansion.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s with each SDR.
- To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills.
- 5+ years as SDR/BDR (Sales Development/Business Development Rep) or Inside sales experience, preferably at an SaaS / Enterprise software company.
- 2+ years of management experience leading SDR or Sales teams.
- Having OUTBOUND experience is preferable besides Inbound.
- Experience in Enterprise selling motion.
- Solid track-record of successfully managing a high performing team.
- Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical & comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in data.
- Familiarity with technology such as SFDC, Outreach, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, Outlook, and Sales Navigator is a plus but not a requirement.
- Adept at introducing, training, and implementing activity metrics.
