Manager, Sales - Ambulatory Products
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed monthly pipeline and meeting quotas.
Implement a structured process for outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and handoff to the sales team.
Drive 3–5x pipeline coverage for the sales organization through effective outreach strategies.
Monitor performance metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates) and provide data-driven coaching using tools like Gong.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy leadership to align messaging, targeting, and campaigns.
Ensure consistent usage and optimization of Salesforce CRM for accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
Leverage intent data, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting platforms to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities.
Create and implement onboarding and ongoing training programs to build SDR skills in outreach, objection handling, and consultative conversation.
Develop and report on team KPIs to leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and accelerate conversion rates.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales; 2+ years in a management role leading SDR/BDR teams.
Background in healthcare technology, services, or revenue cycle management strongly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools such as Gong, Sales Force and ZoomInfo.
Familiarity with intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo Intent) a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a team.
Data-driven approach to problem solving, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Metrics for Success
3–5x pipeline coverage for sales team.
Monthly meeting quota attainment by SDRs.
Ramp time for new SDR hires.
Team activity and engagement metrics (calls, emails, sequences, talk time).
Travel: Less than 10% travel
