Data and Technology:

  • Extrahierung, Verarbeitung und Analyse von Daten aus einer Vielzahl von strukturierten und unstrukturierten Unternehmensquellen, Drittanbietern und öffentlich verfügbaren Daten.
  • Nutzung von Cloud-Datenverarbeitungs-Frameworks wie Apache Spark, Databricks o.ä. zur Verarbeitung und Analyse komplexer, großer Datenmengen.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Nutzung von Cloud-Produkten und -Lösungen über APIs, insbesondere MS Azure und AWS.
  • Entwurf mehrstufiger Datenpipelines, die skriptgesteuerte Transformationen und API-Aufrufe zu verschiedenen Diensten kombinieren.

Data Science:

  • Einsatz von Python oder R zur Analyse und Modellierung komplexer und umfangreicher Daten.
  • Entwicklung und Anwendung von Modellen für Clustering, Klassifikation, Regression, Anomalieerkennung, natürliche Sprachverarbeitung oder GenAI.
  • Erstellung von KI-Modellen, Algorithmen und Anwendungen sowie Integration der entwickelten KI-Lösungen in bestehende Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Berichten und Visualisierungen, die Ergebnisse klar, prägnant und ansprechend darstellen und dabei den Geschäftszielen und zentralen analytischen Fragestellungen entsprechen.
  • Verständliche Vermittlung technischer Ansätze, Implementierungen und Ergebnisse an ein nicht-technisches Publikum.

Ihr Profil

  • Erste relevante Berufs- oder Beratungserfahrung, idealerweise in der Management- oder IT-Beratung (zB. Praktkum oder Werkstudium)
  • Problemlösungsorientierte, unternehmerische und stark analytische Persönlichkeit sowie hervorragende Kommunikations- und Interaktionsfähigkeiten
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Daten und Technologien sowie einer oder mehreren datenorientierten Programmiersprachen wie zB. SQL, Python, R
  • Erfahrung mit allgemeinen Programmiersprachen wie Java, C++, Rust, Go, JavaScript ist von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende akademische Qualifikationen: Master, Diplom, PhD oder vergleichbarer Abschluss (gerade abgeschlossen oder bald beendet)
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft – hybrides Reisemodell, Standort ist dabei frei wählbar
  • Arbeitserlaubnis, die Reisen und Arbeit innerhalb der EU ermöglicht

  • Greenhouse Inc. - a recruitment and onboarding platform that is used by AlixPartners to collect, store, manage and process your personal data for purposes of facilitating and expediting the employment process.
Prior to disclosing your Personal Data to any third parties, we contractually require the third party to keep your personal data confidential subject to appropriate safeguards to prevent it from unauthorized disclosure. 
 
Your personal data may be transferred out of the European Union and shared with other companies within the AlixPartners group located in the United States.
