Job Summary: 

Our DVR Techs are responsible for performing all phases of troubleshooting including interpretation, analysis, research, and resolution of technical problems for the DVR’s. This position is also responsible for building DVRs in a timely and orderly manner. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Build a vast variation of DVR’s and PC’s while assisting other teammates. 
  • Participate in training activities to maintain technical currency. 
  • Continuously provide a high degree of service to meet customer service goals. 
  • Assist QC teammates with general help which may be needed. 
  • Perform all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned. 

 Qualifications:   

  • High School Diploma or a General Education Degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training. 
  • Ability to successfully work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge and determination to create new ideas to help promote a positive work environment.
  • More than 75% of the time: must be able to lift, pull/push and carry up to 50 pounds
