We're seeking a dynamic Go to Market Enablement Manager to supercharge our sales team. Your mission? Equip our salesforce with the knowledge, skills, tools and resources to outperform expectations and crush quotas.

The ideal candidate is an enablement athlete that demonstrates strong leadership, communication skills, cross-functional relationship building and alignment, metrics tracking and reporting, project management, understanding of the sales process, and overall business acumen. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with Enablement and Sales Leadership to execute enablement strategies to support Ivanti’s Go to Market sales motions.
  • Support front line sales managers in identifying enablement needs and drive innovation in sales training and content delivery methods.
  • Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, and tools to support customer facing roles.
  • Facilitate training to field sales organization to reinforce adoption of key programs.
  • Measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives on sales performance and ROI.
  • Drive innovation in sales training and content delivery methods

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Expert ability to plan, create and facilitate in-person and virtual training.
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (Command of the Message and MEDDPICC), sales process, and buyer's journey alignment.
  • Strong ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Strong internal negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
  • Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of IT and/or Security market categories including service management, unified endpoint management, endpoint security, network security, risk-based vulnerability management, and/or attack surface management.
