Why We Need you!

Ivanti is looking for a Enablement Manager to support our growing IT and/or Security market categories including service management, unified endpoint management, endpoint security, network security, risk-based vulnerability management, and/or attack surface management.

In this role you will support specific solutions and collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales and Sales Engineering to design and develop solution enablement programs and content for customer facing teams to ensure they have overall portfolio knowledge and application of sales methodology to drive accelerated market adoption of our solutions.

Reporting to the Director, Solution Enablement, this role will play a key role in the Global Enablement team, delivering on the strategy to support our sales organization from onboarding to ongoing learning, development, and sales efficiency. Our Enablement team’s mission is to empower every stage of the customer journey by equipping our customer facing teams with the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to maximize revenue generation and enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies (Command of the Message and MEDDPICC), experience in deal and/or call coaching, sales process, and buyer's journey alignment. As well as stakeholder management, cross-functional relationship building and alignment, metrics tracking and reporting, project management, and overall business acumen.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Enablement – Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering and the broader Enablement team to educate and empower our sales and partner networks with Ivanti’s unique value propositions and end to end solutions.
  • Solution messaging – Work with Product Marketing to deliver persuasive value-based messaging resources that equip our teams to have value-based conversations.
  • Competitive differentiation – Use your knowledge of Ivanti’s solutions and those of our competitors to generate compelling training, presentations, and other assets that focus on our unique selling proposition.
  • Go-to-market – Support cross-functional GTM to reach our target audiences and illustrate how Ivanti can help them reach their goals.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will:

  • Have 3-5 years of Enablement experience in one or more technical categories or relevant adjacent roles and experience in:
    • Establishing a clear understanding of customer needs and wants.
    • Researching and articulating competitive positioning and intelligence.
    • Driving innovation in sales training and content delivery methods
    • Creating compelling enablement tools and resources.
    • Executing go-to-market activities.
    • Supporting cross-functional product launches.
  • Exhibit strong persuasive written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills (examples required).
  • Quickly understand products key details, purpose, capabilities, value props, business outcomes and target customers/personas. Communicate these effectively to the sales teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Understand and refine highly technical content for less-technical audiences.
  • Create strong, collaborative relationships across organizational levels and departments.
  • Prioritize tasks and focus on the most important ones first.
  • Possess initiative and drive to excel across all responsibilities.
  • Organize, plan, document tasks; negotiate deadlines; and monitor and track progress daily.

It would be great if you have one or more of:

  • of IT and/or Security market categories including service management, unified endpoint management, endpoint security, network security, risk-based vulnerability management, and/or attack surface management.
  • Multi-product solution enablement experience in new market categories
  • Understanding of SaaS technology and business value.
