EquipmentShare is Hiring a Talent Experience Intern.
EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Talent Experience Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Missouri during the SPRING 2025 semester.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning, logistics, and assessment of corporate internship program
Assist with relationship building efforts with college/university career development offices, faculty, and administration
Attend career events to promote EquipmentShare and the internship program
Assist with various stages of the intern hiring process
Assist with various projects within HR/Talent Experience
Act as liaison between Program Manager and interns in other departments
About You

You will be expected to work hours between Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with the availability to attend minimal evening recruiting events.
What You're Working With:
Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills
You have high attention to detail
You are highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask
You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
You are a self-starter and take initiative
