EquipmentShare is Hiring a Recruitment Coordinator

EquipmentShare is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator to be based out of our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.  

EquipmentShare is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to be responsible for helping keep the Talent Acquisition pipeline moving and be a liaison between the Recruiters and the management teams that are hiring.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Keep Greenhouse (ATS) up to date with current openings and updated job descriptions.
  • Create new requisitions for open positions as they open, and ensure job details are entered accurately.
  • Help schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers upon request.
  • Send out DISC personality assessments to candidates in the assessment stage as needed.
  • Verify offer letter details, facilitate approvals, and send to candidates for signature.
  • Ensure Onboarding teams have all information and documentation needed to enter new hires into HRIS, facilitate background checks, drug tests, etc. 
  • Manage prospective candidates in Greenhouse. 
  • Coordinate travel for candidates coming to corporate for interviews as needed. 
  • Close requisitions in Greenhouse as needed and repost as requested.
  • May conduct phone screens when needed.
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and offer process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Attention to detail - you don’t miss a thing! 
  • Must have prior experience in a related role
  • A background in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Customer Service is helpful
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to calmly tackle daily challenges
  • Must have attention to detail and be highly organized with great follow-through 
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (email, sheets etc.)
  • Ability to use spreadsheets with ease
  • Not afraid to learn new techniques and work in a constantly changing environment
  • Must be ok with change - every day is different!
