EquipmentShare is Hiring a Intern: People Analytics
EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the People Analytics team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the summer of 2025.
Pay Range: $22-$25/hr
Responsibilities
We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.
Consult with leaders to create items for company-wide surveys
Build Qualtrics dashboards for succinct and effective visualizations of the survey data
Analyze survey data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leaders
Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of programs that impact employees
About You

What You're Working With:
Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics or anything relevant to the implementation of People Analytics
Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Python or R experience preferred
Knowledge of survey methodology
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Proficient in Google Suite.
You are highly organized, pay attention to details, and able to multitask
You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
