Primary Responsibilities
● • Oversee and coordinate the quality performance of equipment mechanics
and service personnel, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are completed to the
highest standards.
● • Manage the scheduling and timely completion of repairs for both
customer-owned and company-owned rental equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring
operational efficiency.
● • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring
100% customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and proactive communication.
Keep customers informed of new or additional solutions from EquipmentShare that could
enhance their business operations.
● • Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other
communications promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
● • Provide technical assistance to the service team, diagnosing and repairing
equipment when necessary, ensuring repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively.
● • Lead the training and development of service personnel, fostering a safe and
productive work environment. Continuously monitor and ensure compliance with safety
protocols and procedures.
● • Maintain flexibility to be on-call as needed, and be willing to work extended
hours when necessary to meet customer and operational demands.

Skills & Qualifications
Extensive industry knowledge, preferably within the rental sector or a related
construction field. A minimum of three years of experience as a mechanic in commercial
HVAC, power generation, or fluid solutions, along with at least five years of management
experience, is ideal.
● • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate,
collaborate, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
● • Ability to adapt to the rapid growth and dynamic nature of the company, with
a commitment to staying current on the latest EquipmentShare products, services, and
industry developments.
● • A competitive spirit with a team-oriented mindset, working towards shared
goals and success. Preference will be given to candidates with experience or a background
in the construction industry.
