The Role

Full time, 40 hours per week, Software Engineering Intern, starting May/June 2025 and running 10-14 weeks.

How You Will Contribute
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will play a key role in prototyping and developing software solutions that make Dyno’s ML technology stack more useful to customers. You will work on cutting-edge projects in collaboration with ML engineers, computational scientists, and researchers, contributing to Dyno’s mission to optimize gene delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a collaborative environment with ML engineers, software developers, and scientists.
  • Rapidly prototype and build functional and intelligent front-end systems.
  • Contribute high-quality, maintainable code to Dyno’s codebase.
  • Communicate project outcomes and results effectively to a diverse technical audience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Well-developed programming skills, as evidenced by a project you can showcase to us. Proficient in Python.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and experience analyzing and debugging code.
  • Seeking a full-time position within the next 2 years following the internship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Industry experience in software engineering or development.
  • Knowledge with AI agents or LLM workflows.
  • Experience contributing to collaborative codebases or open-source projects.
