What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a collaborative, insights-driven individual to develop cohesive integrated marketing programs. This is a key role within marketing and responsible for assisting in global integrated program development. In this role, you will help organize, direct, and lead as teams develop and execute attention-getting go-to-market programs to achieve stated growth targets and objectives across our portfolio of products and services. What Will You Do?

  • Leverage current understanding of key market conditions, consumer developments, and competitive set on assigned products/programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Regional Marketing leaders to understand regional needs, nuances, and market conditions.
  • Perform ongoing data-driven analysis and identification of key opportunities that will drive growth and strategic advantage. This includes but is not limited to competitive research, customer perception studies, closed won/loss analysis, funnel health analysis, and message testing.
  • Translate business goals into marketing objectives, targets, and key metrics that will guide teams during planning and as programs are executed in-market. 
  • Drive segmentation - Identify and develop target personas definitions and rationalize use across channels. This includes both target personas and priority accounts.
  • Distill all known information into a cogent, concise, and inspirational brief document that serves as the jumping-off point for planning.
  • Drive orchestration of an integrated marketing plan, including across channel execution, with clear timelines and expectations for program development and campaign planning.
  • Work with marketing leadership and other stakeholders to gain alignment and approval of plans of record for execution.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and functional teams to forecast the impact of proposed efforts in alignment with established goals.
  • Help identify and develop a Program Learning Agenda and Measurement Framework.
  • Assist in communication of the programs and performance to Executive Stakeholders and Regional Leadership.
  • Work closely with Brand and Product Marketing to align on the final in-market messaging framework, key messages, working to ensure brand and message consistency across surfaces.
  • Collaborate with channel owners and analytics to examine performance, identify drivers of performance, and optimize programs to exceed stated goals.
  • Participate with other integrated marketing team members to develop a best-in-class capability.
  • Work with the integrated marketing team to set the pace and rhythm for campaign and program operations. From defining processes to overseeing brief reviews, to setting expectations for deliverables, to reporting on business impact.
  • Assist in developing and evolving the functional operations, looking for ways to systematically improve operations and ‘how we make work’ on an ongoing basis.

What Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Gets Our Attention

  • Proven track record of supporting integrated marketing programs and campaigns. 3+ years of experience preferred.
  • Developed strategic planning, interpersonal, and communication skills, with an ability to drive cross-functional alignment and motivate diverse teams.
  • Expertise in cyber-security, cloud, and IT infrastructure, or related fields that require selling to IT and security professionals is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working in a global capacity and working with regional field marketing and sales teams.
  • Adept at utilizing customer research, market research, and other available data to develop actionable insights that fuel marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to support projects using strong project management skills paired with a bias for action.
  • Adept at operating with a high degree of accountability and ownership.
  • Knowledge of key marketing tech and how it can be used to provide strategic advantage.
  • Experience developing campaign and creative briefs
This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$118,400$148,000 USD
