What We're Looking For
Cross River is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Work with business units to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management and Board of Directors
Participate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT and Pigment Planning Tool a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis techniques is a plus
