Temporary Customer Experience Operations Coordinator

Aimé Leon Dore is looking for a Temporary Customer Experience Operations Coordinator to join our team in New York, reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain. This position will be responsible for day-to-day communications with all customers, along with supporting day-to-day operations of the Customer Experience function, providing an elevated customer experience, acting as a brand representative, and striving to meet and exceed all personal and team goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with a focus on resolving issues promptly and efficiently, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while consistently representing the ALD brand through clear and appropriate communication
• Oversee and manage daily operations related to customer experience, including lost package claims, manual fulfillment, risk analysis, chargebacks, returns processing, replacements / repairs, and other related tasks
• Effective utilization and in-depth understanding of all systems (Zendesk, Shopify, ERP) and integrations
• Drive customer satisfaction by exemplifying in-depth knowledge of product and maintaining a solution-orientated mindset
• Strive to meet and exceed personal, and team goals and individual KPIs

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service or retail experience in a fast growth environment, specialty customer experience preferred
• Prior ALD brand awareness and knowledge, preferred
• Intermediate in Microsoft Excel and proficient in computer literacy
• Experience with software and systems (Zendesk, Shopify, ERP) preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proactive and resourceful problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and initiative, while maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues
• Flexible schedule and availability (weekends, holidays)

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
