Transmit Security is a cross-channel identity and orchestration platform designed to simplify, accelerate, and reduce the cost of identity-related projects, such as authentication, authorization, fraud prevention, and new account opening. We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team, with a strong focus on value-based selling and building strategic relationships. You'll be working closely with customers to clearly demonstrate how Transmit’s solutions deliver measurable business value. As a trusted technical counterpart, you will leverage Transmit’s unique Fraud and Identity Fusion approach to deliver comprehensive solutions that address both business and fraud challenges holistically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Value-Based Selling: Partner with the sales team to emphasize the business impact of Transmit’s Fraud and Identity Fusion solutions, focusing on ROI, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences. Showcase how the integration of fraud prevention and identity orchestration reduces costs while improving security and customer satisfaction.
  • Account Ownership: Build and nurture strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor. Own the technical account relationship, ensuring that the value of Transmit's solutions is clearly understood throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Promote Fraud and Identity Fusion: Highlight the value of Transmit Security’s Fraud and Identity Fusion capabilities, which combine Identity Verification, Fraud Detection, and Customer Behavior Insights. Demonstrate how this fusion mitigates fraud risk while delivering superior customer experiences across all channels.
  • Strategic Engagement: Develop long-term, strategic relationships by delivering tailored fraud insights and identity management solutions. Ensure customers realize the business value of balancing fraud prevention and customer convenience.
  • Technical Presentations & Demos: Lead value-driven product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept presentations that clearly illustrate how Transmit’s platform provides measurable business benefits, enhancing both security and customer engagement.
  • Pre-Sales Guidance: Provide expert guidance throughout the sales process, positioning Transmit’s platform as a critical solution for achieving customer business objectives. Clearly articulate how risk-adaptive customer journeys and fraud telemetry translate into measurable outcomes like fraud reduction and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Sales Process: Work in close collaboration with sales and post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to deployment. Align Transmit’s platform capabilities with customer needs, ensuring the business value is front and center.
  • Solution Customization: Customize solutions using Transmit’s native AI/ML-powered services, risk-informed customer journeys, and fraud detection tools. Ensure these customizations drive maximum business value for customers.
  • Account Strategy Support: Support account strategy by helping customers deploy adaptive, secure, and compliant identity solutions. Ensure that each deployment delivers on the business goals of improved fraud prevention, reduced operational costs, and a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 years of sales engineering experience, with a strong understanding of both identity management and fraud prevention.
  • Proven track record in value-based selling, effectively demonstrating business impact and ROI in technical solutions.
  • Experience in building strategic relationships and acting as a technical counterpart to sales, influencing decision-makers by clearly articulating business value.
  • Technical expertise in delivering customized technical presentations and proof-of-concept workshops, with a focus on how fraud and identity orchestration can enhance business results.
  • Deep understanding of IAM and fraud prevention concepts: Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), User Lifecycle Management, Fraud Detection, Risk-Adaptive Journeys, and Customer Behavior Insights.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their integration with security solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into measurable business outcomes.
  • Language Skills: Native Portuguese speaker. Fluent English proficiency. Fluent Spanish proficiency nice to have.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working across sales and technical teams to deliver holistic, value-focused solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS solution selling, particularly in the security or fraud prevention space.
  • Familiarity with Transmit Security’s Fusion capabilities, including AI/ML-powered fraud detection, identity orchestration, and dynamic fraud response tools.
