Overview
Join us in shaping the future of Instacart's white-label fulfillment strategy, "Storefront Pro." As a Market Strategy and Planning Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our fulfillment platform by closely monitoring the sales pipeline from opportunity to implementation. Empowered by a deep understanding of our platform, you'll act as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle, ensuring seamless customer experiences and innovative solutions.

This team is integral to our growth, collaborating across functions to unlock the full potential of our products and help our partners succeed. Together, we drive initiatives that not only make an impact today but also lay the groundwork for tomorrow's successes.
 
About the Job
  • Collaborate with the Storefront Pro MS&P team to monitor and track the sales pipeline from opportunity identification to full implementation.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on our fulfillment platform, providing expertise and insights during the sales cycle.
  • Enhance and innovate our presales collateral to streamline processes and effectively evaluate solution complexity.
  • Identify gaps in our current white-label fulfillment solution's applicability to new pipeline opportunities.
  • Work closely with the product team to develop bespoke solutions for high-value partnerships.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment, reflecting our value of "Go Far Together."
  • Dive into tasks with ownership and determination, showcasing our “Roll Up Your Sleeves” attitude.
  • Contribute to crafting long-term solutions where everyone benefits, embodying our value to “Grow the Pie.”
About You
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sales data.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a sales support or strategy role, particularly within a tech or e-commerce environment.
  • Familiarity with fulfillment platforms and e-commerce technologies.
  • Proven track record of improving sales processes and collateral.

Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here. Currently, we are only hiring in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.

Offers may vary based on many factors, such as candidate experience and skills required for the role. Additionally, this role is eligible for a new hire equity grant as well as annual refresh grants. Please read more about our benefits offerings here.
