Overview

The Revenue Analytics Manager will be pivotal in conducting advanced analytics to drive insights and recommendations across the Sales, Advertiser Success and Marketing teams. This role is critical in advancing our revenue analytics capabilities, from identifying business challenges to implementing solutions that drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be deeply analytical, with a knack for seeing beyond the numbers to the strategic implications and opportunities they represent.

About the Job

  • Develop and implement data-driven tools and systems to drive operational execution and improve revenue performance. This includes dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms to monitor KPIs and track progress against goals. Identify opportunities for improvement and growth at various levels (business, segment, team, advertiser).
  • Serve as the primary driver of weekly insights on revenue forecast and pipeline metrics. Partner with sales leadership at all levels to identify risks and craft remediation strategies, driving pipeline creation and execution accountability.
  • Develop an activity-based model to optimize pipeline generation. Own top-of-funnel reporting to drive new customer growth and provide detailed feedback on performance.
  • Manage and execute initiatives from start to finish, including cross-functional project management, data collection and manipulation, analysis and modeling, and the communication of insights and recommendations
  • Conduct complex root cause analyses on intricate business problems, synthesizing insights, and developing clear and concise recommendations. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
  • Spearhead the design and analysis of data and business processes as required to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and process documentation, including a document repository and standardized reporting frameworks. 
  • Work closely with partners across Sales, Strategic Finance, Product Analytics, Product, and Marketing to align efforts and decisions with data.

About You

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue and/or analytics or business intelligence.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode).
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and pipeline management.
  • Experience in data governance and understanding of sales and martech tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across functions and influence change.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, capable of translating complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key stakeholders. Skilled in navigating complex organizational structures to foster collaboration and drive consensus across diverse business units.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • A Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Experience in the tech or e-commerce industry.
