We’re looking for a Strategy Lead to guide Cruise’s operational strategy. Reporting to the VP of Global Markets, you will lead and develop a team of highly qualified strategy associates that will work to address these key strategic and operational challenges. We are looking for a passionate people leader with the analytical and project management chops to move our company forward.
Help define overall direction for Cruise’s operational strategy
Lead and develop a team of highly qualified strategy associates
Identify, scope, and prioritize high-priority, cross-functional projects
Manage workflow for team, setting and executing against key milestones
Provide constructive input on your team’s analytics and other work-product
Become point of contact for all things operational strategy at Cruise, building strong relationships with key team leaders
Present to senior executives at Cruise and GM
Proven ability to lead and manage a team working on complex, cross-functional projects
Desire to create opportunities for others
Expert story-lining skills
Effective communicator with ability to build strong relationships across the organization
Skilled user of PowerPoint, Excel, and other software programs commonly used in strategic work
Ability to travel occasionally
Passionate about self-driving technology and its potential impact on the world
Prior experience at a leading management consulting firm or investment bank
MBA or equivalent from a top business school preferred
Prior experience at a high-growth start-up
Automotive industry experience
