As a key contributor, an Integrated Growth Strategist, you will strategically lead client relationships across iconic brands in diverse industries including e-commerce, fintech, non-profit, real estate, and hospitality/travel & tourism. Partnering with clients to develop creative strategies, connecting cultural and industry trends aligned to enhance their business performance. Delivering measurable results through strategic experimentation and personalization campaigns across digital channels with a particular focus on website testing (CRO) and lifecycle marketing (particularly email & SMS), this key team member will lead client relationships while exhibiting creative and analytical thinking.
Leading the development of campaign strategies and the growth of new business opportunities, your solid, high level of strategic thinking, business acumen, interpersonal skills, and professional communication will immediately contribute by managing 5-7 clients simultaneously. Leveraging technology, delivering data-driven test ideas that improve revenue and other key metrics on client websites, you will align both brand and business objectives. Applying your natural and proven ability to think holistically and critically throughout the customer journey, you will derive meaningful insights through analysis, audience insights, messaging, creative direction, media strategy and objectives.
- As a primary point of contact for clients, this Strategist role is experienced in adopting experimentation philosophies across many client verticals, having experience with product-market campaigns and execution of go-to market strategies. While we celebrate a collaborative and engaging culture, the Integrated Growth Strategist is empowered to operate autonomously with a high degree of trust and client partnership. Design and deliver business strategies that create results, impacting the bottom line for client businesses while improving Cro Metrics’ revenue growth
- Drive test ideation, prioritization, and roadmapping, informed by web analytics, client goals, and client business results (e.g. reading earnings call transcripts for public companies)
- Analyze experiment results and provide recommendations
- Present strategic findings to all levels in an organization, including executive and stakeholders
- Work closely with various internal team members and external client teams to ensure alignment of strategies, project goals and timeline deliverables, achieve results while expanding services
What Makes a Great Integrated Growth Strategist:
- Experienced in developing professional relationships at all levels of a client's organization
- Proven experience working in digital growth marketing, including CRO and lifecycle (particularly email & SMS), product/market fit and go-to-market strategies
- Proven experience in growing and expanding partnerships with existing clients as well as supporting other business development efforts
- Hands-on experience analyzing digital business data, developing informed decisions and strategies
- Experienced leading the full life cycle of strategic account plans - driving business impact, customer engagement and brand loyalty
- Experience with optimization programs that embrace a continuous cycle of iterative testing: designing roadmaps, analysis, generating insights, calculating ROI, etc.
- Experience in user experience (UX), web analytics or similar role(s) on consumer-facing web properties
- Familiarity with leading testing (e.g. Optimizely, Convert, VWO, Dynamic Yield, Adobe Target) and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Hubspot, Mailchimp)
- Proven record driving impact with a holistic marketing approach

Compensation Range: 90-110K + Benefits
