What does the role look like?
As a Creator Partnerships Lead at Whop, you will be responsible for growing revenue at Whop by bringing new brands and sellers onto the platform. You will select one or more of our archetypes (here) and be responsible for onboarding them to the platform and helping them launch their whops. In this role, you will work closely with other Creator Partnerships Leads, and together, you will be responsible for getting everyone in the world onto Whop.
You are expected to source leads, take calls from referral partners and paid ads, and close brands & sellers on Whop. We expect Partnership Leads to meet potential clients in person, run live presentations/webinars, attend industry-relevant events, and build meaningful relationships.
You’ll be given many tools and resources to hit your targets. The resources you’ll be given include a $20,000 quarterly budget to help with closing partners and running events, a team of Virtual Assistants who can help with tasks, access to a Growth Engineer who can automate new strategies, a full team of Account Managers who keep partners happy, and the Whop Twitter account for outreach. You’ll also be given a list of sellers & other partners we are already targeting and new ones we wish to target.
Your first 90 days will look like the following:
- Within 30 days, you will understand our product, have a clear understanding of our ICP, start taking phone calls, and close your first few deals.
- Within 60 days, you will have hit 10% of your quota.
- Within 90 days, you will have hit 30% of your quota and be fully ramped up.

Who you are
- You have a passion for our mission at Whop. You live and breathe creators and will work relentlessly to help them earn a sustainable income on our platform.
- 2+ years of experience working in fast-paced, high-output environments, such as; Partnerships at a fast-paced tech startup, running your own agency, being your own creator, or having launched a previously successful company.
- You are scrappy and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- You want to grind and get your hands dirty.
- You are highly resourceful and an executor who can produce results in a highly ambiguous environment.
- You are analytical and are comfortable understanding and using data to gain and take action on business insights.

- Base salary of $130,000 to $250,000 OTE and a competitive equity package
