As a Client Manager, you will be communicating with clients and helping to build out their online applications/admissions solutions based on their needs. You will also help field email questions from clients for part of your day.

The Candidate:

Perhaps you aren’t a full-fledged developer, but you are someone who likes techie things -- maybe you’ve taken a computer science class or two in college, or you’ve taught yourself a bit of programming or dabbled with the idea of attending a coding boot camp. If you have a general interest and aptitude for technology and fixing technical problems, we’d love to hear you.

The ideal Client  Manager must possess the ability to guide clients through their implementation, and ensure timely and efficient deliverables. He/she will have excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills and be highly motivated to resolve product issues quickly and reliably. We pride ourselves in our friendly client-facing team. We are open to a range of experience levels.

You will have the opportunity to grow in another functional area of the company if that’s of interest -- examples include business development, marketing, or development/engineering.

  • Some experience/understanding of HTML and SQL or other databases; JavaScript, CSS a plus but not necessary to start
  • Ability to concurrently handle multiple assignments.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Thrive on technical challenges and constantly thinking of ways to improve our productivity, reliability, and code base.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented.
