Job Description:

Elite is seeking a Financial Solutions Architect to support the 3E sales process, advising the world’s most prestigious law firms on the benefits of 3E/3E Cloud and its supporting modules. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Architects, you will play a key role in the North American sales team, providing expert functional guidance on best practices for using 3E. Your expertise may come from experience in law firm finance teams, finance systems teams, or consulting on PMS implementations.

To succeed in this role, you must establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic insights from a position of deep knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate across the Elite organization to drive successful 3E opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Gather, analyze, and document complex customer business requirements to align with 3E solutions.
  • Provide expert consultation on front-office and finance-based processes, offering strategic improvements based on industry best practices and the latest 3E functionality.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across IT, Operations, and Legal departments within major global law firms.
  • Lead and contribute to client webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions on 3E best practices.
  • Support the sales process, including client meetings, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding firms through their 3E implementation and optimization.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including product, marketing, and technical leads, to drive solution adoption.
  • Participate in Elite software release cycles, ensuring new features meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer data in CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Demonstrate initiative by taking on additional projects that contribute to business success.

What You Need:

  • 5+ years of experience working with and consulting on PMS (ideally 3E) solutions within global law firms.
  • Deep understanding of General Ledger Accounting. 
  • Strong expertise in PMS configurations and implementation, with a deep functional understanding of 3E or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on knowledge of legal finance and operations, with experience in law firms or corporate legal departments.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems with a methodical and strategic approach.
  • High level of initiative, able to manage responsibilities independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment, contributing to business objectives.
  • Consistent performer under high-pressure deadlines, delivering results with precision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S., with occasional international trips.
