Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Strategist to join our team and drive, build and manage our digital marketing and omnichannel customer engagement. This person will be responsible to develop and activate our overarching digital strategy and manage the effectiveness of our omnichannel marketing activities. This role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
What You'll Do:
- Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our WordPress website to ensure that the content is current, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor website performance and implement improvements to enhance visitor experience.
- Paid Search/SEO:
- Develop, execute, and analyze SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Paid Online Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid online advertising campaigns across various platforms and providers (LinkedIn, industry-specific sites, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- · Digital Content/Asset Creation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling online content, assets and creative that attracts and retains our target audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use web and digital analytic tools to track and report on website, SEO, PPC and digital campaign performance.
- Provide reports, insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing efforts.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams and external organizations to develop and execute compelling programs and initiatives.
- Provide ongoing reporting and updates to key stakeholders on programs, activities, and results.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Strategist or similar role.
- Extensive experience as a Digital Strategist with a portfolio showcasing digital projects and results.
- Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Proficiency in WordPress and web management tools.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Semrush.
- Creative thinker with exceptional communication, collaboration and project management skills.
