Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our team and lead our visual strategy and deliver creative assets. This person will be responsible to manage, develop and produce various types of creativity including original design work and refinement of existing graphic materials that enhance the company’s brand identity and market presence.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute & create our visual assets across digital and print platforms, and marketing initiatives including websites, PowerPoints, social media, paid advertising, events and email campaigns.
- Design and create engaging customized graphics, videos and assets for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and create compelling assets and creative materials that attract and retain our target audiences.
- Design and produce high-quality multimedia content including animations, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Manage and guide outside designers/design teams to deliver compelling and engaging assets, graphics, and videos.
- Work with a wide range of graphic design software and stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output within the assigned budget.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Professional experience in web design for WordPress websites, with proficiency in using various page builder software and design tools such as Figma.
- Extensive experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital including web and social, print and video projects.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, print and the web.
- Excellent video editing skills and experience with motion graphics.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and a deep understanding of branding.
- Strong ability to critique and approve design projects, ensuring they meet high standards and are completed on time.
