Job Summary: We assist dental practices and their communities by providing them with industry proven, non-clinical business support services. We are looking for professional staff that want to join a collaborative and motivated team that provides a host of support functions to an affiliated network of dentists and their teams.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Directly support the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle including the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial reports (IS, BS, Cash Flow), Board Reports & Presentations, Compliance, and Field Level reporting.
- Support the annual budget and interim financial & cash plan forecasting processes.
- Lead the distribution and interpretation of financials results with regional & office-level leadership providing thoughtful insight into operational trends.
- Maintain all financial reporting systems and support the implementation of new systems as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
- Support special projects, presentations, and analysis for Executive Leadership.
- Develop financial models (QoE) and flexible analytical frameworks for assessing financial and operational performance.
- Support departmental leaders in Revenue Cycle, Payor Contracting, and Accounting with ad hoc analysis.
- Identify and drive process improvement throughout the organization using effective project management and vendor relationships.
Education and Experience:
- College Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Public Accounting, or Consulting.
- The ideal candidate would have background experience in Dental Support Organizations (DSO), Multi-State and Multi-Site Healthcare organizations.
- The ideal candidate is independent, curious, and solution-oriented.
- Current MBA, CPA, CFA Charter holder or candidate a plus.
Required Qualifications:
- Expert level Excel user that can develop, aggregate, and synthesize datasets into actionable data to drive decision making.
- Experience designing or using Business Intelligence (Power BI), CPM/Financial Reporting (Solver/BI360), and General Ledger systems (Microsoft Dynamics BC365).
- Excellent analytical/critical thinking skills coupled with the ability to discern and clearly communicate relevant facts and narrative.
- Team-oriented and collaborative with the flexibility to handle competing projects and deadlines.
- Ability to balance details with the strategic goals of the organization.
