Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Manager with strong relationship and clinical skills to lead our clinical team.  The successful candidate must have experience managing people, must have experience working as a clinical nurse.  Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with outstanding communication skills, and a willingness to direct and lead others.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage Clinic staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
  • Constantly evaluate nursing staff and monitor that they are practicing safely
  • Audi charts to ensure accuracy and compliance 
  • Collaborating with Regional Lead Nurse to effectively drive company strategies and policies 
  • Ensure policies are implemented and followed 
  • Collaborating and partnering with Practice Manager on all operational functions 
  • Offer ongoing support of patient needs
  • Schedule nursing staff and cover shifts when necessary
  • Work with nursing staff to increase productivity
  • Responsible for placing supply orders 
  • Responsible for managing inventory
  • Must adhere to high standards of behavior and demonstrate integrity in all interactions
  • Act as Practice Manager as needed, or in the absence of the Practice Manager 
  • Work with HR and Clinical leadership to recruit, hire and on-board nurses
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Executive Vice President of Operations

 

 Job Qualifications: 

  • Current Nursing license LPN/LVN or RN
  • Minimum of five years of clinical experience
  • Management Experience
  • Professional demeanor and personal presentation
  • Able to build effective working relationships across many functions and with diverse customers
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and be highly responsive to patients and team members
  • Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for helping others be their best 
  • Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve 
  • Exceptional computer skills including knowledge of Intercom (or equivalent Online Communication system), Google Calendar, RingCentral, Excel, Word, and SalesForce
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
