In this role you will be part of the HR, People Operations & Talent Associate team assisting our portfolio companies (CPG, Real Estate, Land Development, Biotech, and Non-Profit).

We are a small but talented company that is in a hyper-growth mode. This role is fast paced and requires a can-do, get-it-done yesterday attitude. As an ambassador to the organization and its people, you are critical to the success of the company.

The HR, People Operations Associate will work with the CPO to deliver an amazing employee experience and ensuring our People & Talent systems, tools and processes support our growing employee and business needs. This key hire is an integral part of the companies’ growth and success by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, HR systems, compliance, and processes and serving as a key point of contact for employee operational questions and/or concerns.

This role will report to the Chief People Officer, while also working closely with the Talent Acquisition team.


  • 3-5 years’ experience in HR
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptive learner, able to grasp concepts quickly, and apply learned concepts to future work
  • Superb listening and communication skills
  • Great collaborator who can adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Expert with Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint & Teams)
  • Bachelor’s Degree


  • Contribute as an ambassador for all employees; this will require a good partnership with TA, Finance, IT, and hiring managers
  • Assist with employee inquiries, HR processes, and special requests from C-Suite
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, HR systems, compliance, and processes
  • Ad-hoc projects where needed, including assisting with scheduling, filing and document requests, process documentation (ex: onboarding / offboarding), and jumping in on general admin-related tasks
  • Assist with working on recruiting incentives such as employee referral program
  • Partner with the specialty business leaders that includes developing job descriptions, competencies, goals, and KPIs for every role

An aggressive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role. Options/equity will be provided to suitable candidates after completion of the first 90 days. This role also provides the opportunity for advancement in role, function and pay.
