The Person:

You are the kind of person for whom great just isn't good enough. Our people are everything and as such this is a vital role to the organization. The right person will bring a passion for people, hiring, employment branding and candidate engagement. A strong background in core technical experience will be an asset.

The Job:

  • Screening and conducting interviews per the SOP
  • Delivering top level candidates within stipulated timeline
  • Manage end to end hiring process for junior level roles
  • Strategize to attract talented pool of candidates
  • Assist HR Team in onboarding, documentation, employee engagement activities etc. 
  • Drive the Elevate K-12 employment brand across the Mumbai market

What you will need:

  • 1-3 yrs strong experience in core IT/Tech recruitment
  • Strong experience in various sourcing platforms like Naukri/ LinkedIn/ Indeed/ Hirist
  • Good understanding of technical skills 
  • Experience in managing onboarding process & documentation
  • Proficiency in time planning and management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Proficient using ATS
  • Flexible to work in 12 pm to 9 pm shift
  • Experience in handling multiple responsibilities  
  • Good networking skills
