- Screening and conducting interviews per the SOP
- Delivering top level candidates within stipulated timeline
- Manage end to end hiring process for junior level roles
- Strategize to attract talented pool of candidates
- Assist HR Team in onboarding, documentation, employee engagement activities etc.
- Drive the Elevate K-12 employment brand across the Mumbai market
What you will need:
- 1-3 yrs strong experience in core IT/Tech recruitment
- Strong experience in various sourcing platforms like Naukri/ LinkedIn/ Indeed/ Hirist
- Good understanding of technical skills
- Experience in managing onboarding process & documentation
- Proficiency in time planning and management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills
- Proficient using ATS
- Flexible to work in 12 pm to 9 pm shift
- Experience in handling multiple responsibilities
- Good networking skills
