Account Executive at Elemy
Our Growth Associates (Partners) own the management the relationship of pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools and other partners look to refer child into care.
What You’ll Do
- Educate referral partners such as pediatricians and other physicians, parent groups and nonprofits on Elemy’s services
- Develop and implement strategies for driving the adoption of our partnership model and the growth of referrals of families in need of Elemy services
- Build trusting and loyal relationships with clients and partners, as well as industry influencers and consultants, in your assigned territory
- Navigate a multi-touch cycle with a variety of decision makers and stakeholders at each practice
- Support and help manage a wide variety of sales and marketing initiatives on the ground
- Effectively use data to drive the effective management of all accounts in your territory
- Consistently meet and exceed the key results for your territory
Who You Are
- Business level fluency in English (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
- Ability to work US Eastern hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST) in an office environment
- License/Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to perform in high volume, high velocity growth organizations; tech or startup sales experience preferred
- You have unrelenting drive and the ability to drive new business at a high volume
- You excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to assess the same from your candidates
- You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage large volumes of candidates
