What is the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage senior supply chain executives to drive new, qualified sales opportunities. You will be responsible for targeted, outbound prospecting efforts to drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.
The ISR who consistently goes above and beyond will quickly be recognized to have potential to become full quota-carrying sales professionals. The ISR role is a full-time, office-based position with a competitive compensation package based on pipeline generation and quota attainment.
What you will do:
Execute outbound strategy to increase conversion for assigned region
Engage prospects and set up initial discovery calls
Achieve and over-achieve opportunity quota targets
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Lead to develop targeted account strategy
Reach out to Supply Chain executives via email, phone call, LinkedIn, etc.
High degree of personal ownership over your objectives, work, and performance
Self-directed. Can prioritize managing multiple work streams and problem solve
Superior written/oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage with senior executives at Fortune 1000 organizations
Experience working in sales engagement platform and running outbound process
2-3 years' B2B enterprise software telesales or business development experience
Bachelor’s Degree desired or equivalent experience
