Our DevOps team builds and maintains the CI and CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code that allows us to consistently ship high-quality code with low risk and operational burden. We pride ourselves on strong software engineering fundamentals including unit testing, CI/CD, and full-stack simulation to allow our team to move quickly and deliver high-quality features to our customers.
What You'll Do
  • Develop our collection of CI/CD CircleCI orbs that are used across all of our microservice repositories
  • Design and develop configuration-as-code using tools such as Ansible and CloudFormation
  • Design and improve our deploy processes to minimize downtime and deploy time
  • Provide resources for our software engineering team to help them ship high-quality, reliable code
  • Build and improve automated nightly integration tests using our simulation stack

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working as a member of a Software Engineering team utilizing strong version control, unit testing, CI/CD
  • 3+ years of experience with build tools such as CircleCI, Github Actions, Jenkins or Travis
  • 3+ years of experience with configuration-as-code tools such as Ansible
  • 1+ years of experience with Docker and/or other containerization techniques
  • Proficiency with Python
  • Proficiency using linux for software development

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Docker-Compose and/or Kubernetes
  • Experience with AWS and CloudFormation templates
