Sales Enablement Specialist, Sales Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Sales Enablement Specialist, Sales Operations, you will ensure our growing direct sales force is quickly and effectively enabled to sell Element AI solutions. Partnering closely with leaders in sales, sales ops, and marketing, in the planning and execution of sales enablement programs to ensure that our prospects and customers have the best possible experience. This is a unique opportunity to join Element AI, where you will influence valuable discussions, and provide recommendations at the highest level, with oversight to tactical and strategic plans imperative to our short and long-term goals.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Work with the Director of Sales Operations and partner with Sales Leadership to create and deliver the sales enablement plan;

  • Standardize sales methodology;

  • Develop and implement a Sales Playbook for each stage in the sales cycle based on Element AI’s Sales Methodology;

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams;

  • Provide appropriate sales feedback, and effectively communicate all initiatives to relevant teams across the organization;

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the sales process and to assist Sales Management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies;

  • Regularly interact and coordinate with our marketing team to ensure full alignment on programs, lead generation, and other joint Sales and Marketing initiatives.

We want you to join us because you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic, operational roles i.e. Sales Ops, Revenue Ops or similar;

  • Undergraduate degree and MBA preferred;

  • Experience with the entrepreneurial dynamics of a start-up

  • A combination of relevant experience, business acumen, attitude, approach, and professional training to skillfully navigate organizational complexity;

  • Excellent organizational skills with efficient time management and the ability to prioritize work effectively;

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills;

  • Demonstrated interest in technology and the role of AI.
