Electriphi was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Palo Alto California. The company provides software solutions with the singular focus of enabling the transition to zero emission vehicles across heavy, medium and light duty fleets in public as well as private segments.

Electriphi was acquired June of 2021 by Ford Motor Company. Electriphi now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary responsible for defining the Go To Market for Ford Pro as it relates to charging. The newly formed Ford Pro Charging is a business unit within Ford Pro responsible for delivering End-to-End solutions for our commercial customers. This includes software, hardware, and the necessary services to design, build and operate commercial charging for Ford and Non-Ford customers alike.

You will be working with a broad spectrum team that supports all of North America to deliver our energy management solutions. A working understanding of e-mobility and transit/transportation operations is preferred. This is a ground-level position at a well-funded, silicon valley based startup.

The Sales and Performance Coordinator will be a key member of our Sales Team. They will be aiding in building and coordinating a solid foundation of business practices and processes from which the team can continue to grow and thrive. Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Managing and maintaining all performance reporting and dashboards
  • Aligning performance across regions and within teams
  • Coordinating internal follow-up processes with lagging performance
  • Process documentation
  • Sales training
  • Sales team meeting coordination and continuous improvement
  • Workstream alignment and risk mitigation
  • Coordinating team building exercises
  • Developing and orchestrating role plays
  • Coordinating travel schedules and speaking engagements with other Ford Pro sales teams


Out ideal candidate will resonate strongly with these skills and attributes:

Salesforce experience is a hard requirement

  • High-energy with an outgoing personality
  • Excellent communicator who is well accustomed to dealing with a variety of individuals
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to support a distributed sales team
  • 1-3 years administrative experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and understanding
  • Basic understanding of sales and sales support needs

The role is remote but preference is Charlotte or Greenville, SC or Atlanta, Ga.
