WHAT YOU’LL DO...
- Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms to drive high-quality leads.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize targeting, bidding, and ad creatives for maximum ROI.
- PPC Management: Take a hands-on approach to managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, ensuring they are efficient, targeted, and delivering strong ROI.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenditures.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build and manage end-to-end campaigns with a hands-on approach, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize performance and improve conversion rates.
OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS…
- At least 5+ years of experience leading a demand generation function in the B2B e-commerce sector.
- hands-on experience running successful paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads, with a specific focus on PPC
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Ability to think strategically while executing campaigns.
- Experience building strategy and executing across a variety of demand gen channels, including SEM paid social, paid media partnerships, content syndication, website, events, and more
- Experience with CRO and web testing and optimization tools
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing & sales automation tools such as Hubspot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
