Job Description:
- Billing visits to farmers (5-10 visits per day) that have been assigned on Glide Apps
- Reporting work results into AKH (daily visit activities) that have been assigned to Glide Apps
- Directing farmers to make payments directly to the bank
- Strive to pay off farmers' obligations in arrears
- As a Financial Consultant for farmers
- Inform the immediate supervisor if there is a change in telephone number, home address / pool address to be updated to the system
- Looking for local middlemen and coordinating with direct superior
- Doing fish withdrawals
- 1P 5C analysis of farmers (paying ability of farmers)
- Report to the immediate supervisor if there are indications of fraud
- Bring complete data during visits, wear neat clothes and use Employee ID Cards
- Coordinate with FA/PC to get deeper information related to farmer's address, farmer's character, farmer's history etc
- Coordinate with the internal collection to find out the history of the farmer
- Achieving Individual KPI targets
- Running Operations according to SOP
- Perform asset security (if needed)
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SMA
- Can drive a car or motorbike
- Have SIM A and SIM C
- Experience in Bank or Multifinance (preferably in the field) at least 3 years
- SPPI certified
- Have good communication & negotiation skills
- Able to work with efihserians both at BU Mall and other BU / Functions
- Have a wide network/relatives/acquaintance
- Can operate Ms. Excel
