Job Description:
- Ensure target KPI Points are achieved
- Building good relationship with customers (fish & pond farmers)
- Effectively improve and maintain the quality of field team sales in their area to meet sales targets
- Ensuring field team operations run well according to predetermined KPIs
- Maintain stock and product supply (eFishery Mall) to meet demand in the area
- Achieve additional commercial and business targets in areas according to the priorities of the BU
- Ensuring the achievement and process of AR collection are in accordance with the priorities of BU
- Manage Field Activator in order to carry out sales activities of the company's products with customers according to the targets set by the company in accordance with the priorities of the BU
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably from fisheries and/or agribusiness major
- Have experience in the world of Sales and/or Operations
- Have operational experience and knowledge
- Sales skills / Salesmanship
- Territory or Territory Management skills
- Knowledge of distribution and operations
