Job Description:
- Manages the entire product lifecycle and product roadmap
- Own delivery of product initiatives and releases to achieve company’s OKR
- Write user stories to describe the experience and journey of customers
- Define, document, and communicate the objectives, requirements, and constraints for product initiatives and releases
- Prioritize and sequence product initiatives against mandates. Perform market research and analysis
- Keep good relations with stakeholders to ensure that the solutions satisfy business needs
- Directly manage eFeeder product team members (APM, Field Engineer, Project Management Officer, Product Aquaculture Support)
Job Requirements:
- Min. 1 year experience as a Product Manager/ Associate Product Manager (preferably AI Products)
- Has an entrepreneurial work style, a self-starter, possess strong sense of ownership and is driven to get things done
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in leading and managing project & people
- Well organized, detail oriented, process-driven, data driven, and possess a systemic thinking
- Preferably possess knowledge about mechanical and/or electrical product
