Job Description:

  • Communicating with customers regarding information needs
  • Received data reports related to complaints
  • Following up the results of data analysis received to be submitted to the Relevant Team
  • Keeping records of all work activities
  • Coordinate intensively, both internally with SCD and other teams as a whole

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum have associate's degree or bachelor's degree
  • Have experience in the world of Customer Service
  • Easily adaptable with administrative skills
  • Understanding of spreadsheets
  • Have computer and grammar skills
  • Have good self-confidence, collaborative, and conscientious
  • Flexible, proactive, and communicative
