Job Description:
- Communicating with customers regarding information needs
- Received data reports related to complaints
- Following up the results of data analysis received to be submitted to the Relevant Team
- Keeping records of all work activities
- Coordinate intensively, both internally with SCD and other teams as a whole
Job Requirements:
- Minimum have associate's degree or bachelor's degree
- Have experience in the world of Customer Service
- Easily adaptable with administrative skills
- Understanding of spreadsheets
- Have computer and grammar skills
- Have good self-confidence, collaborative, and conscientious
- Flexible, proactive, and communicative
