Your daily routine will be :
- Develop and analyze product strategy and plan to meet the vision and business needs
- Craft and live the vision of the product along with all the stakeholders
- Managing product backlog and funnel in house team to runs smoothly
- As our Senior PM you'll deliver solution and reach the outcome metrics
- Communicate, listen, and become a problem solver to build an empowered product team
- Collaborate with engineer lead in the assigned business unit
- Discover product opportunity and prototype to find the most viable solution
- Manage prioritization on developing solution for the team
- Increase productivity and effectivity of team function or workflow
- Understanding the business and technical aspect regarding the product
You'll excel it, if you :
- At least 3 years of experience in product management
- Experience in mentoring product manager team will be preferred
- Have a passion and vision for the product you handle
- Strong knowledge of business and startup concept and theories
- Experience in empathizing with users and run design thinking principles
- Know a lot of product management buzzwords and not hesitate to do experiment with them
- Analytical mindset and have a good grasp on leveraging metric and data to reach the product vision
- Pose unwavering confidence and charm to evangelist the product and share the ownership of the product vision
