As the Technical Recruiter here, you will have the opportunity to build relationships directly with our executives and hiring managers. On top of that, you will own the entire recruiting life cycle across several positions and departments, including (primarily) engineering and some business roles. You’ll be constantly honing your skills and working on diverse roles.
Recruiting is the first point of contact for candidates and represents eero’s culture and team. Not only do you embody eero, but you’re also equipping eero with new talented teammates who add to our culture and experience; so you’re a pro at assessing, attracting, and closing the right people.
What you’ll do:
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for all open reqs
Be a strategic partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies
Have a thorough understanding of team needs and dynamics
Partner with executives and hiring managers to identify hiring priorities
Source, attract, and close passive candidates, specifically in technical disciplines
Constantly work to help improve the candidate experience
Create and improve recruiting processes
We’re looking for someone who has:
At least 3+ years of experience recruiting engineers
At least 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Insanely good communication skills
Ability to work independently
A ‘think out of the box’ mentality
The dexterity needed to tackle different talent platforms and tools
