As Marketing Manager for services, you will be integral to building eero’s product strategy, vision, and brand for eero Secure/+ and a growing number of other exciting software services. You will help set eero’s marketing strategy, conceive and own many of our major marketing initiatives, and will provide creative input across the entire organization.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is metrics-driven and has a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points for an existing interest in digital security and how it can help protect and secure the connected homes and families who live in them.
What you’ll do:
Launch products and features with the eero Services team. You’ll have a major role in researching and strategizing customer needs, business opportunities, and creating a vision for what will be needed to bring new products to launch.
Own positioning and messaging. From the website to customer outreach, you’ll be pivotal in evolving our product messaging to help reach and retain new customers (both B2C and B2B2C). You’ll work directly with our sales, business development, customer experience, and agencies to continuously push our positioning and messaging.
Work cross-functionally across the organization. As a Marketing Manager, your reach is across the entire organization. You’ll lead projects, assist in others, You need to be part-visionary, part-diplomat, part-manager, and part-communicator.
Build world-class services from the ground up. Our eero Secure offering is just beginning. We are excited to expand, and have someone help drive the growth of additional services.
5+ years experience in product marketing, product strategy, or other related fields.
Proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns. Including but not limited to paid marketing, content, email, and in-app.
Superb communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Awesome time management skills. Never misses a deadline and ensures that others don’t either, unless proactively communicated.
Passion for experimentation. Understands the importance of continuous learning and a growth mindset.
Experience working with partner companies and outside agencies.
Detail-oriented but not afraid of failing.
