At eero we are building a world-class Marketing organization and are looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to help us scale. As a Marketing Manager you will lead the strategy and go-to-market launch planning and cross-functional coordination with internal and external partners. You will lead product positioning and messaging, sales enablement planning and execution, sales forecasting, research, and thought leadership for a subset of eero's offerings.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is metrics-driven and has a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for a fast paced start-up environment with the rigor and resources of a Fortune 500 Company.
What you’ll do: · Drive Go-To-Market strategy, including planning the launch of new products and releases, market research, business forecasting, and managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan. · Partner cross-functionally (e.g. Amazon and Ring) to drive innovative marketing programs that are impactful to the business, drive device, develops the category, usage, and satisfaction. · Be the expert on our buyers and customers, uncovering insights that drive external messaging. · Not only work on your product but also support the larger eero and marketing team to reach annual goals.
· 3+ years of product marketing, marketing analyst, and/or program management experience.
· Proven track record of developing and delivering go-to-market plans. · Superb communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. · Awesome time management skills. Never misses a deadline and ensures that others don’t either, unless proactively communicated. · Passion for experimentation. Understands the importance of continuous learning and a growth mindset. · Experience with partner companies and outside agencies. · Detail-oriented but not afraid of failing.
