eero is looking for a Product Designer to help design the future of connectivity. Design is core to our identity. Every part of our experience — the product’s physical form, its packaging, our apps, and even the company’s name — reflects this. As a Product Designer you’ll be responsible for the function, aesthetics, and architecture of eero products.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams from product, engineering, customer experience, and marketing.
Design, iterate, and maintain sketches, flows, prototypes, and high quality visuals.
Continuously integrate peer feedback, customer feedback, and business requirements into your work.
Work closely with engineering to implement a high-quality customer experience across multiple platforms.
What you should have:
2+ years of experience as a self-managed contributor, or member of a Product Design team, working on desktop and mobile products.
A body of work that showcases confident, diverse, and thoughtful typography, layout, visual design, and interaction design.
A highly-developed product sense and intuition, coupled with an ability to question your biases and experiment to find different approaches to problems.
Experience communicating your design decisions and thought processes to a wide range of audiences.
Experience producing iterative prototypes to communicate your ideas.
Experience working with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders to define, explore, and develop products and features.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
