Who We Are

EDO (https://www.edo.com) was founded in 2015 to transform how data is used within the Media, Entertainment, and Advertising industry. Through our innovative mindset and technical ingenuity, we created Ad EnGage (https://www.edo.com/products/ad_engage/) which is the first of its kind always-on-data platform that measures the effectiveness of TV video advertisement in real time. To continue our record of transformative products, we recently released the world's first ad intelligence product for streaming (Hulu, Peacock, etc). Now we are focused on developing a measurement platform to finally quantify the impact of all premium video advertisement on real business outcomes. 2021 is a huge growth year for EDO where we expect to significantly expand our clients, revenue, access to capital, and team.

What You Will Do

You’ll directly work with our CEO and leadership team on partnerships that help power our strategic roadmap and new business opportunities, meaning you’ll get to:

  • Play a leadership role in strategic planning, industry-wide positioning, and developing strategic and platform partnerships
  • Manage new partner pipeline and existing partnerships, with full P&L accountability for strategic and platform partners
  • Establish and negotiate the most effective business and legal terms for partnerships in consultation with leadership team and internal/outside counsel
  • Coordinate closely with our product development, sales, and marketing leadership on understanding competitive landscape, requirements, priorities, positioning, and go-to-market plans for new products and partnerships
  • Understand industry dynamics and the competitive landscape; network with potential partners, influencers and advisors 
  • Represent EDO at notable industry events and conferences

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of partnerships, business development, and/or strategy experience in the Measurement/Attribution and/or AdTech/MarTech industries
  • With at least 3 years of direct experience with companies on the Convergent TV LUMAscape
  • A strong business and technical understanding of the salient trends, issues, and tradeoffs related to the data, technology, and content of the Convergent TV landscape 
  • Experience with complex legal agreements and financial modeling
  • Ability to write and speak well and create and present compelling presentations
  • Strong presence in interactions with senior executives
  • Passion for TV and Advertising
